  Bayete is proud to have hosted more than 200 successful weddings since 2004. We understand that this is a once in a lifetime “Special Day” for the Bridal Couple and therefore do everything and more in our power to ensure all attention to detail is given to create an unforgettable experience.

We assist you with the co-ordination of your wedding at no additional fee – this normally comprise three meetings. Over the years, we have worked with many suppliers i.e. Florists, Confectioners, DJ's, Photographers and a variety of Musicians.

It is important for us to source suppliers who are professional, reliable, affordable and who deliver an excellent service. Should you require any assistance with supplier referral, we would also gladly assist.

Here at Bayete, we pride ourselves in our very relaxed, almost homely atmosphere, yet competent and professional. We also have an amazing amount of other décor available here at Bayete, i.e. centre stands, different colour organza’s, flower stands, candle stands etc. All this décor is available to our brides at no additional fee. Our table cloths, chair covers and tie backs are also available at no additional charge.

Please note that you are also welcome to change menus to suit your needs. I would like to invite you, when convenient to yourself, to pay us a visit. It will be a pleasure for us to introduce Bayete to you.

Beautiful thatched centre overlooking the gardens of Bayete. Interior walls, Buffet Counter, Dessert / Coffee Counter and Bar tastefully finished in rock features.

Tiled dance floor. High hygiene standards maintained in attractive cloakrooms. Seating ability 120 Guests.

Deposit Requirements

Securing Deposit for Wedding & Function
Upon reservation, a 50% deposit of total cost is payable. All monies are non refundable once paid by the client. Full settlement by the
client is required 7 calendar days prior to the date of the event.

Sponsored Bar Deposit
Payment of the agreed Sponsored Bar amount is payable 24 hours prior to the event. Should the Sponsored Bar amount wish to be
increased, immediate settlement of the increase amount will apply.

Linen Deposit and Refund for Weddings & Functions
R1000.00 Deposit is required if candles are used on tables. This deposit will be used for specialized dry cleaning should this be
required and possible linen replacement in the event of burns. Only non-drip candles will be allowed.

The responsibility rests with the Groom, the Bride or their represen-tative to confirm the condition of all linen used on the day of the event prior to commencement of the event. Damage assessment will be executed within 48 hours after the event. This Deposit or part thereof will be refunded within 7 days after date of the event.

Breakages Deposit and Refund for Weddings & Functions
An additional compulsory deposit of R1000.00 is required for any breakages or damages. In the unfortunate event of breakages or damages, replacement costs will be deducted from this deposit. This Deposit or part thereof will be refundable within 7 days after date of the event.
 
Terms & Conditions
Bayete reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any damage to, or destruction of the venue by any act
of God, or any other cause beyond the control of Bayete, which shall prevent it from performing its obligation in these circumstances.

Al costs and disbursements including legal costs on the attorney and client scale incurred by Bayete in collecting or endeavouring to collect any amounts
due in terms hereof are payable by the Operator on demand including collection commission. The parties consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's
Court having jurisdiction in respect of all legal proceedings connected with this agreement, notwithstanding that the amount of the matter in dispute
exceeds the court's jurisdiction.
